The winners of the "Golf Session with Tom McFarland" (each a “Winner”) will each be entitled to a golf session with Tom McFarland (“Artist”) taking place in London (“Golf Session”). Travel costs to the golf course or equipment costs won't be covered.
The Golf Session will take place on a date to be mutually agreed between Winner and Artist and must be redeemed by Winner before 31.12.2022. Correspondence in respect of the Golf Session should be sent to junglefansinfo@gmail.com.
Golf Session NFTs are each freely transferable an unlimited number of times; the Golf Session may be redeemed by whoever is the holder of the NFT at the time of redemption but may not be redeemed more than once per Golf Session NFT.
If the Golf Session NFT is lost or destroyed, or private key or other access is lost, the buyer or holder may not request a replacement.
Golf Session NFT may not be exchanged for any cash amount.
New House New Me Limited and/or Jungle (and/or the members of Jungle) and/or their respective affiliates are not responsible for (i) the safe keeping of the Golf Session NFT and may not be held liable for loss, loss of access, or damage; and (ii) any technology failure including but not limited to wallets, exchanges, smart contracts and underlying blockchain protocols.
