I WANT TO ACCESS THE PRESALE. HOW DO I DO THIS?

You need to register via the form hosted here before 05.00am PT / 08.00am ET on Wednesday April 13th 2022.

 

WHEN WILL I GET MY PRE-SALE ACCESS CODE?

You will receive an email by 6:00am PT / 09:00am ET on Wednesday April 13th 2022 containing your pre-sale code and links to the pre-sale.

 

WHEN DOES THE PRE-SALE OPEN?

These emails invite you to purchase tickets in our exclusive pre-sale, run from
10:00 local time on Wednesday April 13th 2022.

Pre-sale access does not guarantee you tickets; it guarantees your eligibility to access the ticket pre-sale before general release. Please note, due to high demand tickets are extremely limited.

 

HOW DOES THE CODE WORK?

Please keep the email containing your pre-sale link and passcode, ready for the pre-sale.

 

HOW DO I REDEEM MY CODE?

Simply follow the link provided in your email, which will take you to a designated pre-sale page.

 

I'VE ENTERED MY PRE-SALE CODE – BUT IT DOES NOT WORK. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Pre-sales don’t guarantee you tickets, but they do give you the chance to book tickets earlier, with fewer people trying to book at the same time. So if you are trying to find tickets and the results are "currently not available“, that means the presale allocation has sold out.

If you get a code not valid error message – please submit your enquiry to the platform you are purchasing on.
