The winner of the "Jungle Season Ticket" (each a “Winner”) will receive 2 tickets to any Jungle headline show which takes place as part of the Loving In Stereo world tour, any tour location in the world, excluding festival performances (“Live NFT”).
Tickets must be requested by email to junglefansinfo@gmail.com no later than thirty (30) days prior to the relevant show or festival. Type of ticket is at Jungle’s discretion, based on availability.
Ticket NFTs are each freely transferable an unlimited number of times; the tickets may be redeemed by whoever is the holder of the Live NFT at the time of redemption – proof of identity and current Live NFT ownership will be required when redeeming tickets.
Once any tickets have been redeemed by a Live NFT holder in respect of a particular show or tour, that Live NFT may no longer be used to redeem tickets in respect of the relevant show or festival, regardless of who is currently holding the Live NFT.
If the Live NFT is lost or destroyed, or private key or other access is lost, the buyer or holder may not request a replacement.
Live NFT may not be exchanged for any cash amount.
New House New Me Limited and/or Jungle (and/or the members of Jungle) and/or their respective affiliates are not responsible for (i) the safe keeping of the Live NFT and may not be held liable for loss, loss of access, or damage; and (ii) any technology failure including but not limited to wallets, exchanges, smart contracts and underlying blockchain protocols.
