The winners (each a “Winner”) of the "Production Session with J.Lloyd" (“Production NFT”) will each be entitled to a one hour music production masterclass via Zoom (“Masterclass”) with J Lloyd (“Producer”).
Masterclass will take place on a date to be mutually agreed between Winner and Producer and must be redeemed by Winner before 31.12.2022. Correspondence in respect of the Masterclass should be sent to junglefansinfo@gmail.com.
The Masterclass may not be filmed, photographed or recorded in any other manner– in the event that a Winner breaches this provision (or Producer has reasonable grounds for believing that a Winner has breached this provision), Producer may immediately cease the Masterclass without any further liability to the relevant Winner.
Production NFTs are each freely transferable an unlimited number of times; the Masterclass may be redeemed by whoever is the holder of the NFT at the time of redemption but may not be redeemed more than once per Production NFT.
If the Production NFT is lost or destroyed, or private key or other access is lost, the buyer or holder may not request a replacement.
Production NFT may not be exchanged for any cash amount.
New House New Me Limited and/or Jungle (and/or the members of Jungle) and/or their respective affiliates are not responsible for (i) the safe keeping of the Production NFT and may not be held liable for loss, loss of access, or damage; and (ii) any technology failure including but not limited to wallets, exchanges, smart contracts and underlying blockchain protocols.
